DNV Renews Eldon Certification Until 2014
Det Norske Veritas (DNV), one of the leading global providers of accredited management system certification, has renewed its certification of all three of Eldon’s European production facilities until 2014. Following a product quality test of Eldon’s enclosures at KEMA (the 2.4 Environmental Test for instrumentation and automation equipment), Eldon’s factories in Spain, the United Kingdom and Romania were subsequently inspected by the DNV team. Eldon’s production facilities passed with flying colors.

“Panel builders for many industries—including ship building, rail transport and aviation—place a great deal of weight on successful completion and maintenance of DNV certification,” said Per Ulrik Eriksson, Eldon Product Manager. “They want to work with a supplier whose products and production facilities have been evaluated and certified as being of quality by a third party. This certification is just further proof that at Eldon we are making innovative, durable, products in outstanding facilities. The DNV certification makes its easy for potential customers to say “yes” to Eldon —and at Eldon, making it easy is what we’re all about.”
